Returns
We offer refunds for eligible products returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the goods are in their original condition and suitable for resale.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided

Pickup Service
If you require us to collect the product from your site, a pickup fee of A$120 will apply. This fee covers the cost of arranging collection from your location.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected. We will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear will depend on your bank or card provider.

Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Items not returned in original condition
  • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after purchase or delivery
